The Russian Defense Ministry said its air defenses shot down more than 160 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory on Sunday night.

According to military officials, 57 drones were intercepted over the Kursk region, 31 over the Belgorod region, 27 over the Lipetsk region, 16 over the Voronezh region, and 11 each over the Bryansk and Ryazan regions. Drones were also reportedly downed in the Oryol and Tambov regions, as well as in Russian-occupied Crimea.

In the Lipetsk region, one person sustained minor injuries in the Lebedyansky district, and two houses in the town of Lebedyan were damaged by falling drone debris, Governor Igor Artamonov said.

In the Kursk region, drone strikes damaged three private homes, an apartment building, and a garage, but no one was hurt, according to Governor Alexander Khinshtein.

In the Saratov region, authorities temporarily restricted mobile Internet access on Monday morning in response to the overnight attacks. Governor Roman Busargin called the measure necessary for safety and asked residents for understanding. According to RBC, Saratov is now the eighth region to introduce such restrictions amid continued drone attacks.
